Jack Lawless

Jack Lawless (September 20, 1987) is the drummer for the Jonas Brothers. He grew up in Middletown Township, New Jersey, part of Monmouth County. Lawless went to Christian Brothers Academy where he graduated. He was in many bands with local kids including Starting to Wonder, Belvedere the Lion Tamer, and Dixie Lyon. And another with local self proclaimed rockstar Gary Blevins. He began drumming for the Jonas Brothers in early 2007.

Television


Jack has performed on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve as well as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade with the Jonas Brothers. He has also made several appearances on The Ellen Degeneres Show and many other talk shows like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Jimmy Kimmel Live!. He was with the Jonas Brothers, as well as Greg "Garbo" Garbowsky, on Oprah premiered on April 2008.

Touring


Jack has toured with the Jonas Brothers since very early 2007. He replaced former drummer, Alexander Noyes (who is now in a band called Honor Society). He was there when they opened up for Jesse McCartney, Backstreet Boys, and other artists in early 2007. Since replacement, he has been with the band for all of their tours.

Other


Jack is currently dating hip-hop dancer, Ashlee Nino. She was one of the dancers with Miley Cyrus on the Best of Both Worlds Tour during the winter of 2007-2008. They met on tour and have been dating since. She was also on the hit television series of So You Think You Can Dance.

When Jack was younger and still home in Middletown New Jersey, he was a life guard at Surf Rider Beach Club in Sea Bright.

Jack Lawless is good friends with Greg Garbowsky or Garbo who is The Jonas Brothers' bassist.
